工作時間：每周實習時間不少于3天
? Participant in new project activates to enhance advance quality assurance thinking.
參與新項目活動，增強先進的質量保證思維。
? Work with product engineers to analyze failure mode to driving quality improvement.
與產品工程師一起分析故障模式以推動質量改進
? Coordinate with multi-function teams to drive problem solving to obtain quality professional skills and semi-conductor assembly process and product knowledge.
與多功能團隊協調解決問題，以獲得高質量的專業技能和半導體組裝工藝和產品知識
? Keep monitoring team routine report to obtain task management knowledges.
監督團隊日常報告以獲取任務管理知識
? Involving in 8D reports preparation and validation to understand the quality tools and systematic thinking methodologies
參與8D報告的準備和驗證，以理解質量工具和系統的思維方法
? Involving in Kaizen project activities to learn lean quality thinking.
參與改善項目活動，學習精益質量思想
- 任職要求：
- ? Minimum senior standing towards a Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Physics, Telecom or Computer Science.
質量管理、電氣和計算機工程、物理、電信或計算機科學專業本科以上學歷
? Experience with programming language such as C/C++, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
MS Office辦公軟件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Strong analytic and statistic skills
較強的分析和統計能力
? Ability to work independently and smart
能夠獨立和聰明地工作
? Excellent hands-on, communication and team work skills
